I am grateful for perseverance. Life amidst the cold.

I do not consider myself an optimist. On the other hand, I do not consider myself a pessimist. Realist? Maybe. Of anything, I like to think that I am hopeful. We all encounter challenges in our lives and should feel pain and sadness. The ability to process these emotions is an element of what makes us truly human. In those moments though, the small things can make all the difference. I feel compelled to honor those moments of small wonders and inspiration. I am overcome with gratitude and humbled by our world. I love my life.
